Lotto Results. The numbers drawn in the Club Lotto on Monday, 8th December were 3, 16, 21 and 24. The Jackpot was not won this week. The four winners in the Lucky Dip were Pauline Fay, Paddy Owens, Tom and Patricia Ward and Emma Freeman. (D.D.) The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday, 15th December and the Jackpot will be 2,100 euro.
 
 Juvenile AGM. The juvenile AGM will be held on Thursday 11th of December at 7.30pm. The club wants to keep improving. If you have any suggestions on how we can do this come along and share your idea with us. At least one parent from each house hold is requested to attend. We welcome new coaches, committee members or anyone who is willing to help in any way.
 
Strictly Christmas Dancing. Final preparations for the main event on December 28th are under way. There are still a few tickets remaining to what promises to be a great show. Contact a committee member or any dancer if you want a ticket.
 
Strength and Conditioning  Programme.  The last strength and conditioning session for Under- 14’s to Minor is on this Friday. A big thank you to Piaras and Barry from Carrick Fitness for coaching the lads and to Marty Corey who completed flexibility work shop with the group last week.
 
County Skills Competition.   The Monaghan Coaching and Games Group organized a 5th and 6th Class Team Skills Competition recently.  In total fourteen schools took part. This is the first time that the skills competition was run as a team competition instead of an individual competition. 
Each team had four members who had to complete the skills circuit four times in a row. The competition itself covered all the main skills of Gaelic Football, the pick- up, solo, kick pass, hand pass and shooting.  All teams were timed so at the end of the competition if there was a tie, the team who completed the course the quickest won.
Congratulations to Drumgossat National School, who came home in second position. Their team members were Oran McMahon, Daniel McCahey-Byrne, Oisin Byrne and Rory McMahon. They won the second prize of footballs for their school.
