Club Lotto 

We had no winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 5, 24, 25 and 27. The four lucky dip winners were Richard Merrin, Maura Marron, Ballybay Rd, Gerry McKeown and Dane McMahon and each win €50. Our next jackpot will be for €2300 and the draw will take place in Treacys Hotel on Monday evening.

CPR Refresher Course

The CPR refresher course has been rearranged for Monday May 20th. Anybody interested in doing the course can contact Catherine Kelly on 0877532175 or any committee member. This is open to members and non-members.


Our Seniors sailed close to the wind last Saturday evening against a strong Aughnamullen side but the second half saw James Kierans’ charges come from a five point deficit to win by two points. Final score Magheracloone 0-16 Aughnamullen 2-08. Our game against Killanny has been postponed due to a death in the Killanny club.


Our Reserves play Donaghmoyne in Kingscourt on Friday evening at 7.45pm.


Our U9’s train on Thursday evening from 7pm to 8pm in Scoil Bhride, Mullaghrafferty. Well done to all our future stars on superb displays of football last Saturday in Carrick.


Our U11’s travel to Killeevan on Friday evening for their next fixture. Bus leaves Treacys at 5.30pm, best of luck everybody.


Our U15’s are away to Castleblayney on Thursday evening in a top of the table clash. Throw in at 7pm, come out and support the lads!

Ladies’ Club Notes

U10’s and U12’s
Training continues this Saturday, 4th May at Scoil Bhríde, Mullaghrafferty from 6-7pm.
GUMSHIELDS are essential.

Our U13’s are at home to Eire Óg on Tuesday, 7th May at 6:45pm, venue to be confirmed

Our U14’s are at home to O’Neill Shamrocks on Monday, 6th May at 6:45pm in Annaghminnon.

Well done to our U16’s who made it two wins from two in the league. They had a comprehensive win over Sean McDermotts last Monday night. Magheracloone put in a solid performance across the field, making efficient use of possession to control the game throughout. Well done girls and management.
Next up we are away to Carrickmacross on Monday, 13th May at 7pm.

Our Minors will battle it out with Inniskeen in the Division 3 Final on Wednesday, 8th May.
