Mullaghrafferty national school
Well done to Mullaghrafferty national school who played in Croke Park on Sunday. They were selected from schools all around Ireland to take part in Allianz Ireland’s Pitch Appreciation Day.
The team played 2 x 20 minute games, one against a team from Kildare and the 2nd team was from Wexford, in which they played super football.
The lads can be very proud of their day out, they represented their school, parish and club with pride and we hope it’s the first of many games they get to play in Croke Park.
Monaghan Senior Championship
Inniskeen’s quest for a Senior Championship goes on for another year. This was a game that was there for the winning for Inniskeen, however Scotstowns experience saw them close out a tight game in the end.
Cavan Senior Championship
Kingscourt lost out to a Gowna team who were on top of their game and very clinical throughout the game. Final Score 5-15 v Kingscourt 0-13
